ABOUT
Brian Wolff is a guitarist and singer/songwriter currently based in Austin, Texas. Born in upstate New York, Brian moved to Austin in 2012. His musical style draws influence heavily from Classic Rock, 90’s Alternative, and Americana. His songs are marked by big guitars and impactful rhythms complete with thoughtful, introspective and unique lyrics.
In Summer 2021, Wolff formed his current band, Brian Wolff & The Howlers and teamed up with producer-extraordinaire, Frenchie Smith, to record and release his first 2 EPs “The Punch” and “The Golden Age”. Both EPs earned multiple features on KUTX’s “Song of the Day”. Wolff’s single “Talk to Me” received airplay from radio stations and playlists all over the world and garnered a spot in Sun Radio’s regular rotation.
In the summer of 2024, Brian Wolff & The Howlers performed at Spiedie Fest in Binghamton, NY, sharing the festival stage with Chris Young and Shaboozey. They built a tour around it and were found performing around the US that summer. Shortly after, they were awarded a grant from Austin’s Live Music Fund.
Wolff used the funds to complete and release his debut LP “Leave the Lights On” in August 2025. To celebrate, Brian Wolff & The Howlers put on a show to a packed house at the legendary Antone’s in Austin, TX. Wolff’s single “To Be Fair” has been spun over 400 times on radio stations all over the US including regular spins on Austin favorites Sun Radio and KUTX.
It’s safe to say things won’t be slowing down for Wolff and/or The Howlers anytime soon!
